Thank you for your interest in the New England Society for the Treatment of Trauma and Dissociation (NESTTD). Originated in 1984, this organization is a component society of the International Society for the Study of Dissociation.

NESTTD provides an opportunity for mental health professionals and those involved in research or education regarding trauma and dissociation to find support, share resources, update skills and increase their understanding of trauma, dissociation and the Dissociative Disorders. Recent programs have included: Sexuality and Trauma: Models and Interventions, Trauma and Memory, and Dependency and Attachment in the Treatment of Complex PTSD and Dissociative Disorders.

The yearly membership to NESTTD includes: your admission to three morning programs, and a discount to the all day spring conference.  In addition, you will receive the quarterly NESTTD newsletter and yearly Directory of NESTTD members. There is also a training program that, as a member, you can attend at a reduced fee.

Our membership year runs annually from July 1st to June 30th.
Membership is open to professionals in psychology, psychiatry, medicine, nursing, social work, anthropology, philosophy, theology, addiction studies, and other disciplines seriously involved in the research and/or treatment of the dissociative disorders.

Annual Dues:

Full Member: $100
